Shipping & Returns

Your satisfaction with the Furtex experience means a lot to us, and we want you to be pleased with the goods and services that you receive from us. Below are some commonly asked questions and details about shipping, returns, and exchanges.


Furtex is a wholesale company. If you have purchased a Furtex branded product and wish to return it for any reason, it is best to contact the retailer where you purchased the item, and they will take you through the standard return's procedure. Also be sure to view our Care & Cleaning guide which includes helpful information on the nature of our products, how they are manufactured, and some useful tips on how to care for them.



We aim to have your order picked, packed, and dispatched within two working days. General delivery lead times are as follows:

North Island – 2 to 4 working days

South Island – 4 to 6 working days

Rural delivery – add an extra day to the above

Metro Melbourne – 2 to 4 working days

Rest of Australia – 4 to 6 working days 

Please note that these our estimated delivery times under normal circumstances. We will endeavour to inform you if lead times differ from the above at the point when you place your order.

I’ve changed my mind

We work hard to ensure the pictures and descriptions on our website are as accurate as possible. We understand that sometimes there can be small variations between the screens you are viewing on, or our print material may give a different impression of the product itself. If you're not happy with an item you've received from us, and wish to return or exchange it, we would like to make the return process as easy as possible for you.

Please note that a restocking fee of 10% of the item value will apply for change of mind returns. This fee will be waived if you choose to purchase an alternative item that is of the same or greater value.

For change of mind returns,

Change of mind returns will need to be initiated by contacting us, within 30 days of receiving the item/s.

You will need to organise and cover the costs of freight back to Furtex.

Item/s need to be in the same original condition and packaged securely as they were when they were received.

All returns must be returned with a Return Authority (RA) reference, which will be provided by our team prior to returning. Without this reference, we cannot guarantee your return will be accepted.

I believe my item is faulty

We put high value on the quality of our products and do our best to maintain a consistent level of high quality across our range, however, if you believe the item you have purchased is faulty, we would like to do our best to resolve this for you. Please fill in the return form link below with images of the product, the more images included the better, and we will be in touch with you regarding your request.


My item is damaged or missing

If you have received a damaged item, or your packing slip doesn’t match your order and you believe something is missing, please contact us immediately, within 7 days, so we can follow this up with our carrier. If you have received a damaged item, please make sure you attach images of the item via our returns form button below.


Return fees

If you are returning an item because it's faulty or damaged, you will not be charged for the return/collection. Freight costs for returning change of mind returns will need to be covered by you.
